MCC Softball set to host Rush High School Invitational

(MERIDIAN) - The Meridian Community College Softball program will be hosting the annual Rush/MCC High School Invitational Tournament on Saturday, September 18th at the Northeast Softball Complex.

Twelve teams from across the state will be competing in this event, slated to get underway at 9:30 a.m.

Local schools scheduled to compete include: Meridian, Northeast Lauderdale, Southeast Lauderdale, and West Lauderdale.

Regional teams from Newton County, Quitman, and Wayne County will also be entered in the event.
