MCC Lady Eagles ready for Marion Military

(MERIDIAN) - After seeing a double-header with in-state rival Itawamba washed out this past weekend, the Meridian Community College Lady Eagles soccer team will now turn their attention to Merion (AL) Military Institute in a game scheduled for Tuesday at 2 p.m.

The Lady Eagles will carry a 3-2 record into the contest being played at C.D. Smith Field on the campus of MCC.

Following the game, the MCC men will be playing a scrimmage against the Delta State University Junior Varsity team at 4 p.m.

The soccer matches with Itawamba Community College will be made up on Saturday, October 17th at 12:00 and 2:00 in Fulton, MS.
