MCC Softball Games Cancelled Due to Weather

The Meridian Community College softball team announced Tuesday morning that its scheduled road doubleheader today at Shelton State Community College has been cancelled due to wet conditions. The games have been rescheduled for next Tuesday (February 28) at Shelton State Community College beginning at 1 p.m.

The MCC softball team  is currently 1-2 after participating in the Faulkner State Tournament in Gulf Shores, AL a few days ago. MCC got its first win of the 2017 season by defeating Wallace-Dothan Community College by a final of 9-6. The Lady Eagles will return to action this weekend by hosting the annual Rush Invitational Tournament at Northeast Park.
