MCC Basketball Prepares for Basketball Camp
From School Reports
The Meridian Community College basketball program is getting
set for another exciting summer of basketball at the Graham Gymnasium. MCC
basketball will be hosting its annual Junior Day and Individual Basketball Camp
June 27-29 at the Graham Gymnasium. The camp will be divided into two separate
sessions for both girls and boys on the designated days of the camp.
The Junior Day Camp will take place from 8 a.m. until 12
p.m. on each day and is designed for players from first grade to fifth grade.
The Junior Day Camp introduces and improves on the fundamentals and skill level
of the campers. Each day, campers focus on the development of their game and
progress with individual and group instruction from representatives of the MCC
basketball program.
The Individual Day Camp will take place from 2 p.m. until 6
p.m. on June 27-29 and will be open for players from the sixth grade through
the eighth grade. The Individual Day Camp is designed with more
position-specific instruction for the highly-motivated individual. The campers
will face a high-intensity, college-level experience with representatives from
the MCC basketball program.
The campers will receive a camp t-shirt and camp cost will
cover instruction, and facilities. For more information on how to get registered
