MCC men defeat New Horizon

The Meridian Community College Eagles were led by freshman Edrico McGregor who scored a game-high 21 points in MCC’s 94-65 win over New Horizon.

Sophomore Emmanuel Donald also scored in double-digits for the Eagles with 14 points.

The win is the second over New Horizon this season, as the Eagles also defeated them 108-75 back in November.

MCC, who improved to 15-10 on the season, will be in action as well this Saturday as Delgado Community College visits the Graham Gymnasium. The Lady Eagles take on the Lady Dolphins at 2 pm, while the Eagles take on Delgado at 4 pm.
