MCC men prep for Genesis One

After winning three of their first four games, the Meridian Community College men’s basketball team is preparing for their contest against Genesis One Christian Academy out of Mendenhall, Miss set for Wednesday night.

In their last outing, the Eagles survived a 102-100 double-overtime game with Wallace-Selma to earn their third win.

Much like most of the season, Meridian (3-1) was led by Tommy Tillman. The ex-Northeast Lauderdale Trojan scored 24 points Saturday vs. Wallace-Selma.
Wednesday’s match up against Genesis One will tip-off at 7 p.m.
