Lady Eagles set to host Shelton in rematch

(MERIDIAN) – The Meridian Community College Lady Eagles (5-0) will host Shelton State Community College on Saturday at C.D. Smith Field. Game time is set for 12:00 p.m.

This will be a rematch between two teams that met back on August 28 in Tuscaloosa, AL.

MCC freshman Christina Murray scored a goal with 2.7 seconds left in regulation to break a 3-3 tie as MCC went on to a 4-3 victory in that game.
