SE Jones player inks with MCC baseball

MERIDIAN, Miss. – Meridian Community College has signed Drew Crosby of Seminary, Miss., to their baseball team, head baseball coach Chris Rose announced Monday.

Crosby was a 6-1, 177-pound infielder at South Jones High School, where he was coached by Clay Bush. Crosby bats and throws right-handed.

“Drew is an outstanding young man with excellent leadership,” said MCC coach Chris Rose.

“He has really improved over his high school career I look forward to him having much success here at MCC.”

Crosby was a career starter for SJHS.

Crosby is the son of John and Debbie Crosby of Seminary, Miss.
