Lady Eagles Cruise to First Victory
From School Reports
The Meridian Community College Lady Eagles opened the
2016-2017 basketball season on Tuesday night at the Graham Gymnasium in
impressive fashion by cruising past Stillman College by a final score of 78-47.
The Lady Eagles led 41-25 at the end of the first half and never looked back in
disposing of the visiting Lady Tigers. MCC will return to action on Thursday
night with its first early test of the season at East Mississippi Community
