Lady Eagles defeat Faulkner State, 77-56

The Meridian Community College Lady Eagles improved their record to 3-2 with an impressive 77-56 win on the road at Faulkner State Community College on Thursday night.

The Lady Eagles will look to stay undefeated on the road this season in their second road game Saturday as they travel to face in-state opponent, Coahoma Community College.

Both the Eagles (4-1) and Lady Eagles (3-2) will travel to Coahoma tomorrow. The women tip off at 4 p.m. while them men tip-off at 6 p.m.

MCC will then return home for an in-state battle with nearby Jones County Junior College on Monday (6 p.m./8 p.m.).
