MCC baseball signs two locals
Meridian Community College head baseball coach, Chris Rose, announced Friday the addition of two local stand outs to the 2010 recruiting class.
MCC signed West Lauderdale standouts: Dustin James and Wes Stokes to play baseball starting in the fall of 2010 for the Eagles.
James, a 5’9” right handed infielder, played for WLHS seeing action at third-base, shortstop and on the mound.
Stokes, a 6’2” tall 205 lbs right-handed pitcher dominated over the past two seasons with a 19-3 record his sophomore and junior years.
