2010 MCC baseball season ready to start

The 2010 Meridian Community College baseball season will begin this Friday as the Eagles face Central Alabama Community College in the First Pitch Classic played in Panama City, Florida.

The first home game is schedule for Friday, February 5th when the Eagles entertain Shelton State Community College at 2:00 pm for a nine-inning contest at Scaggs Field.

MCC is coming off a 37-17 season last year which saw the Eagles capture their ninth Region 23 championship.
