MCC Basketball preps for Double-Header with Delgado

MERIDIAN, Miss. – The Meridian Community College basketball teams will play their first home game in nearly a month when they host longtime foe, Delgado Community College Saturday in a men’s / women’s doubleheader at the Graham Gymnasium.

The Lady Eagles will tip off at 2 p.m., while the Eagles are slated to take the court at 4 p.m.

This is the first of three doubleheaders between the two schools. Delgado and MCC will meet on Homecoming Saturday, February 7 and then a pair of games at New Orleans on Thursday, February 12.

The Lady Eagles come into Saturday’s match up with a 10-5 record, while the Eagles are 8-7.
